No Smoking Policy
Several years have passed since Connecticut passed a No Smoking in Public Resaurants and Bars Law. Most establishments have adjusted by creating outdoor smoking areas and their smoking patrons have dealt with it.
As time goes on, more and more exempt establishments, such as Elks, VFW’s, etc are adopting No Smoking Policies. In fact the Southington Elks policy takes effect May 11th.
The smoke in the Wallingford Lounge is unbearable at times. I think the time has come for Wallingford to reconsider its lounge smoking policy. Brian S, PER
